Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and use a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage to the delicate glass and components during transit.

  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
